Virgin Radio UK: Digital Content Intern

I was lucky enough to spend two weeks as a digital content intern at Virgin Radio UK and worked closely with the editorial team in the News UK building in London.

While at Virgin, I sourced and wrote news stories targeted to their listening audience. The stories consisted of music, entertainment, and TV and Film news. I wrote SEO-centric articles based on new releases that would interest their audience who engage with their social media content. I also worked on celebrity interview pieces, writing interview questions and transcribing the interviews ready for articles.
